Joint applicants

Our contact form lets you add the details of a joint applicant, a second person applying with you, such as their name, email address and phone number. If you provide someone else’s details, you confirm that you have their permission to share them with us. We will process that person’s data on the same basis, and for the same purpose, as your own enquiry, and we will treat them as a data subject with the same rights set out in this notice. If a joint applicant would like us to stop processing their data, they can contact us using the details in the "Contact us" section below.

By telephone

When your enquiry has been generated by an enquiry form, we may contact you by telephone to gain additional information. We may ask if you’d like to receive details of other services that we provide and any relevant offers. We will only use your personal information for this purpose if you have consented.

You may unsubscribe from any email marketing via the unsubscribe links placed within each email or by emailing [email protected].

Developer portal

We operate a portal for our housing developer partners. If you are a developer partner, we may hold your name, email address and login credentials for the purpose of giving you access to the status of buyers you have referred to us.

This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in managing our business relationships with developer partners. Developer portal users can only see information relating to their own referrals—they cannot access data belonging to other developers or detailed buyer financial information.

Railway—hosts our website and client management portal. Data is stored on servers within the EU/US.
Cloudflare—provides DNS and security services for our website. Cloudflare may process your IP address and connection data when you visit our site.
Resend (via Amazon SES)—delivers transactional emails on our behalf, such as enquiry confirmations. Email content and recipient details are processed for delivery purposes.
Mailchimp—sends marketing communications where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.

We ensure that all third-party processors have appropriate data processing agreements in place and handle your data in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
